PA & Associates News PA & Associates Takes a Founding Membership Role in the Launch of The Center for Spend Management Excellence PA & Associates has launched a new effort in multi-discipline, best practice-based spend management. The Center for Spend Management Excellence will provide best-in-class results and proven spend management practices in a number of enterprise indirect spend categories. PA & Associates is one of the founding members and offers logistics spend management services, but will not directly perform other spend management projects. "I realized that a number of prospects were saying, 'We're doing the logistics project with you...that's easy.
