Scott is a proven leader in the small package industry with an accomplished track record of 20+ years at UPS. Scott uses his unique gifting of sales and operations to oversee the business
development activities for PA & Associates, along with strategic solutions for operational efficiencies through consulting. Scott has proven leadership as a manager with the ability to vision-cast and motivate a team.
During his time at UPS, Scott performed and excelled in a number of roles including Sales Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Account Executive, Key Account Executive, Account Executive and Operations Supervisor.
During his tenure at UPS, Scott was responsible for a number of large shipping environment accounts including companies in the healthcare, computer hardware and promotional items industries with shipping revenues ranging from $250,000 to $6.5MM per year. In a mere two-year period, Scott grew revenues in his own sales territory from $9MM to $12.2MM and earned the Corporate Sales Award (1998, 1999). Scott is also a two-time recipient of the Chairman’s Sales Award (1995, 1996) and a recipient of the Bronze Award (1997). During his last years at UPS, Scott was responsible for the leadership and training of 22 Major and Key Account Executives, 7 sales representatives and the Customer Service Phone Center. He grew his territory to $214MM in sales
revenue for UPS.
Scott attended the University of Minnesota on a four-year football
scholarship, where he lettered each year, a and completed his MBA with an emphasis in technology studies at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA.
Ray McGuire is a seasoned logistics and supply chain executive. Ray provides project-based consulting services which frequently result in additional cost reduction and spend management approaches. His advice, direction and project management skills are in demand with vertical industry leaders in high fashion and technology. Particularly adept at matters of
international freight, Ray provides a leadership role in matters of import, export, customs brokerage, international forwarding, C-TPAT, Importer Security Filing (ISF or 10 + 2) and other supply chain security programs. He has been instrumental in establishing social and vendor compliance programs and domestic cross-dock, pick & pack fulfillment, and distribution solutions.
Prior to embarking on his consultancy career, Ray’s full-time corporate positions included Vice President of International Services for Kellwood New England (a division of Kellwood Company – a $2.6 billion manufacturer and marketer of apparel and consumer soft goods), Saks Fifth Avenue and Saks Incorporated, The Sharper Image, and Jefferson Smurfit Group (now Smurfit-Stone Corporation). Ray has been tapped to lead these companies in identifying, developing and successfully executing the international and domestic logistics, inventory management, maintaining buying agent relationships, vendor product, safety and social compliance, as well as meeting all governmental compliance success criteria (customs, C-TPAT, FDA, F&W, FCC, etc) for import and export supply chains.
With an additional 15 years of logistics experience in Europe, Ray co-founded and was the managing director of a successful international express transportation, warehousing, and forwarding company. He also held various positions at other international forwarding companies. Ray is a member of the Gerson Lehrman Group Expert Network, Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, American Society for Quality, Guidepoint Global Advisors and Supply Chain Network International. Ray frequently speaks or moderates panel discussions for a number of domestic and international logistics events annually.

Clorisee Canada brings 30 years of supply chain experience to the table. Beginning with her days at Airborne Express and continuing to her long tenure with DHL, Clorisee developed a multi-faceted skill set and deep expertise within the logistics industry. Having seen all layers of the industry and achieving at the highest level within each layer, Clorisee brings unmatched acumen to the PA & Associates team. As an innovator, leader and technologist, Clorisee quickly rose through the ranks and lead small teams of employees.
Clorisee has strong skills in computer programming essentials as well as in lean logistics. As a former employee of the year at DHL, and a program director and consultant with clients and companies of all sizes, Clorisee worked tirelessly with sales teams and with customers to assess their automation and integration requirement in addition to bringing world class sales strategies. She developed strategic partnerships to win business, maintain business, and grow existing business. She skillfully led, redesigned and implemented new automated processes for customers and brought added value to hundreds of customers.
Chris is a financial services sector veteran where he worked with corporate clients for the past 14 years. His experience includes all aspects of the investment banking sales cycle from cultivating investment banking clients to marketing proprietary research and capital markets solutions to his corporate clientele.
Chris started his career with Alex Brown and Sons in Baltimore where his focus was market-making and trading of transportation and logistics stocks constantly analyzing the financial condition of the transportation industry. Chris spent several years working on the capital markets desk at Legg Mason working closely with their highly regarded transportation research team. His responsibilities included marketing research on truckload, LTL and parcel companies to the firm’s top institutional clients.
Most recently Chris worked at Credit Suisse. While at Credit Suisse, his primary responsibility was working with the Chief Financial Officers, Treasurers and Controller of the firm’s corporate and investment banking clients. He helped them construct and implement investment policy statements to improve the performance of their balance sheet assets.
Chris focuses on a PA & Associates’ client’s income statement by helping control costs as a Senior Logistics Consultant.
Chris is a 1995 graduate of The Johns Hopkins University where he majored in History and Environmental Engineering. He was also a member of the school’s highly regarded varsity lacrosse team.
Steve is a highly effective and recognized leader
in the transportation and sales consulting arena, having logged over a
decade at FedEx Services. He brings over 12 years of demonstrated
excellence in key account management to include telecommunications,
industrial safety, food service, engineering and pharmaceuticals.
Steve’s ability to create innovative financial solutions, provide value
and produce results for his clients led to his rapid rise through the
ranks at FedEx Services as a Sr. Field Account Executive, Worldwide
Account Manager and Sales Manager.
During his time at FedEx Services, Steve received several awards for
sales excellence and was selected to an elite sales management training
program. He successfully led a team of thirteen Account Executives in
highly competitive markets and produced outstanding, measurable results.
He is also a certified trainer with an emphasis on quantifiable
financial solutions.
In addition to Steve’s business acumen, he possesses a strong sense of
discipline and commitment which he demonstrated serving his country as a
Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. His leadership was
recognized immediately and lead to multiple meritorious promotions and
achievement awards during his tour of duty.
Steve currently resides in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina with his
wife and two daughters. This strategic location provides key access to
the ports of Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA which are two of the
largest and busiest in the world.
